• Why do I see sub orders in my order history?
  
  Any order you place on the site may contain items from different vendors. This implies that your order may have more than one suborder; these are shipped by the vendors separately.

• Why do I receive my order in many parts?
  
  Any order you make can contain items from many vendors, these suborders are handled by each vendor individually. That is why your items are delivered in seperate packages.

• What if I get my order in a damaged/bad condition?
  
  The sellers are careful not to damage your orders while packaging and shipping them to you. If your order happens to be damaged, you can email the seller to exchange your order.

• How long will it take to ship my items?
  
  Your items should reach you in 10 - 12 business days. If you havent received your items in this span of time, please contact the seller immediately.

• Can I purchase without registering?
  
  No. You need to first register with the site and login to be able to shop with the site. However, you can browse and compare items even without logging in.

• Do I need to do anything after I receive the items?
  
  You can login to the system, go to 'Orders' section and update the status of each sub-orders (if any) to 'delivered' after you get your items in good condition.

• I am a seller. How will I sell my products through your site?
  
  To sell your products you need to first register with the site as a Seller.

• Can I sell the products free of cost? Are there any charges?
  
  There is no listing fee or monthly fee. A commission for each sale is deducted before sending you the proceeds. The current seller commission is 10%. The commission is applied only when a sale is complete.

• How will I receive the payments for my delivered orders?
  
  We pay vendors on a net 30 basis, so you can expect payments after 30 days of delivery.

• Can I ship items from the same order separately?
  
  No. You cannot ship items separately. You need to ship all the items in one order or cancel it.

• What if some of my items don’t fit in any of the categories listed?
  
  If your items do not fit into any of the categories on the site, you can request that the administrator create the categories you need by E-Mailing the Administrator.

• How will I display my portfolio to the users?
  
  You need to have a html portfolio page designed for publishing on the site. If you have any images on the page, please make sure the image urls are complete otherwise they will not load properly.

• Do I need to pay to register with the site as a seller?
  
  No. Sellers can register for free. The sales commission is per order after you receive them through the site.

            To sign up as a seller you must click on the Sellers tab on the main page of BuyMontanaMade.com. This will bring you to a new page, click the register icon and fill in the required information. *Note- username does not allow spaces.*Note- Main page sign in is for Buyers only you will not be able to sign into your seller account from the main page; you must first click the Sellers tab and sign in from this page.           After you have registered as a seller you will need to log in to your control panel from the Sellers tab on the main page of BuyMontanamade.com.  Login to your account; this will bring you to your control panel. To add a product you will need to click on My Products, on the right side of this page there will be an icon that says Add Products. After clicking add product, it will bring you to a page where you can input your product information.  *Note- Pictures of very large size may make you unable to add your product. If this happens try and resize your photo before uploading.

            The problem is the picture isn’t the same ratio as the suggested picture size for the site. To resolve this, you’ll need to start a new picture with your picture editing software and size it the same as the suggested picture size on the site (this will be your background.) Then you’ll need to resize your picture (maintaining the original aspect ratio) to match either the height or width of the suggested picture size. Proceed to copy and paste your picture onto the “background” as a new layer. Remember the size of the “big image” and “small image” are different, therefore you need to go through this process for both sizes.

  We pay our affiliates monthly after 30 days of the months end. A minimum of $100 is required for payout and the unpaid balance will be rolled over to the next month.

  No. You do not need a website to become our affiliate. All you have to do is get your advertising URL from the Get Url page of the affiliate section and ask your friends to register with Multicart using the URL you received from the Get Url page.

• Where can I get the urls for publishing?
  
  Login to the Affiliate Section and go to the Get Url page. You can get the banners or URLs from this section to advertise your site by email or whatever means you deem necessary.
